Chargrilled-Mango-and-Red-Capsicum-Skewers-with-Sweet-Chilli-Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 mangoes (diced)
  • red onion
  • 2 red capsicums
  • 2 green capsicums

Sauce

  • sweet chilli sauce
  • chopped coriander
  • sesame seeds

Method

  • Cut all the vegetables into 1.5cm cubes and stick alternately onto skewers.
  • Char-grill on bbq until soft and lightly coloured
  • For the Sauce
  • Combine with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
