Mango-Iced-Tea

Ingredients

  • 1L water
  • lemon juice
  • 3 teabags
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 tbs sugar

Method

  1. Boil water, add tea bags, let steep for 10mins.
  2. To make the mango puree, peel and dice ripe mangoes and blend until smooth.
  3. Remove Teabags, cool, Add Mango Puree.
  4. Add Lemon Juice to taste.
