- 1kg prawns (cooked)
- 1 mango pureed
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- Mix mango puree, yoghurt, tabasco and salt and pepper.
- Peel prawns, thinly slice lettuce.
- Arrange lettuce on plate and add prawns, spoon on sauce.
