Ingredients

wholemeal or wholegrain wraps

whole egg mayonnaise

sliced avocado

smoked chicken

baby rocket leaves

thinly sliced mango

basil pesto with the mayonnaise if desired

 

Method

  1. Spread large wholemeal or wholegrain wraps with whole egg mayonnaise, then top with sliced avocado, smoked chicken, baby rocket leaves and thinly sliced mango.
  2. Roll up, enclosing the ends and serve.
  3. Mix a little basil pesto with the mayonnaise if desired.

Tip: Try substituting ham, smoked salmon or barbecued chicken for smoked chicken if preferred.
