Mango-and-Mint-Icy-Pole

Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes
  • 600ml water
  • mint
  • paddle pop sticks
  • ice block moulds

Method

  1. Peel and blend mango, mint and water.
  2. Pour into moulds and set with sticks. Freeze Overnight.
