Mango-Salsa-With-Grilled-White-Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 x 150g pieces white flaky fish (eg. Snapper, Whiting)
  • 2 Queensland mangoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red onion
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • lemon juice

Method

  1. Dice mango, avocado and onion then add the parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Season the fish and pan fry until just cooked.
  3. Spoon Salsa on top and serve immediately.
