- 4 x 150g pieces white flaky fish (eg. Snapper, Whiting)
- 2 Queensland mangoes
- 2 avocados
- 1 red onion
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- Dice mango, avocado and onion then add the parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Season the fish and pan fry until just cooked.
- Spoon Salsa on top and serve immediately.
