Ingredients
- 3 mangoes (diced)
- red onion
- 2 red capsicums
- 2 green capsicums
- sweet chilli sauce
- chopped coriander
- sesame seeds
Method
- Cut all the vegetables into 1.5cm cubes and stick alternately onto skewers.
- Char-grill on bbq until soft and lightly coloured
- For the Sauce
- Combine with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
