Ingredients
wholemeal or wholegrain wraps
whole egg mayonnaise
sliced avocado
smoked chicken
baby rocket leaves
thinly sliced mango
basil pesto with the mayonnaise if desired
Method
- Spread large wholemeal or wholegrain wraps with whole egg mayonnaise, then top with sliced avocado, smoked chicken, baby rocket leaves and thinly sliced mango.
- Roll up, enclosing the ends and serve.
- Mix a little basil pesto with the mayonnaise if desired.
Tip: Try substituting ham, smoked salmon or barbecued chicken for smoked chicken if preferred.
